Its been around three months I am practicing Martial Arts. I have refined my kicks and punches to some good level, punches comes out with new kind of energy now ;). Just now started having the one-on-one fight practices. On last weekend, while fighting with an opponent, I got a minor hair fracture in my right feet’s thumb. It was a solid kick though on his knee, but since shoes are not allowed in practice I got the reaction of the hit as well. I had a great joyful fight.. one of the big scene was when I hit hardest punch and it made my opponent’s right hand’s two knuckle joints swollen and that was the end of the fight. Though I didn’t feel good for him at the first place, but actually this is why we were there at the dojo.
Right now along with some interesting Rails projects and personal Ruby coding(an interesting mesh up of ActiveRecord and Socket Programming) also enjoying the broken bones :).

Do you actually know what is the definition for satisfaction for You ? Whenever i talk with my friends to earn huge and huge… a lots of time i usually get the comments that its not the money which can always satisfies you! More prior thing is the kind of work you are doing! Are you happy in what u r doing, or u r just doing it for the huge earning…
I thought upon the level of satisfaction which i get by time to time…. there were really diversified views started coming to my mind.. related to various aspects of the satisfaction… What Satisfaction is ? Actually its not just one thing which can feel you happy, satisfied all the time… you need good money, good work, good position! do you ? … i think everybody does!
I categorized the reasons for the satisfaction for the happiness in three categories…
Personal Satisfaction
If you are satisfied in The kind of work you are doing … today… a lots of lucky guys are satisfied in this road of satisfaction destination. And me too fall in that … I am a rubyist, i do rails, i am happy 
Potential Satisfaction
How much money you are getting(or making too, if u have investor bent of mind)… The level of this is totally created by individual perception and the level upto which you wanna reach… Is it million, millions, billion, billions or more or less for you.. thats always in your mind. That nobody can tell better than yourself… How much you are happy in ?
Professional Satisfaction
Here comes an entirely different aspect of satisfaction. The Position. Whats yours ? A Software Engg, a Senior Software Engg, a Team Lead, a PM or more or less… Where you are happy in ? …. which shoes and hat you wanna wear… Or you are more biased in the clothes you wanna wear…
Whether you are happy with a huge money and a low/middle position or no matter about money but the Position matters you.. Or you wanna have both? Or nothing?
If you want nothing … think more deeply what you actually want… Rethink about the first category of satisfaction! Are you happy in what you are doing?
Think on the other side of the coin…This might be the right time for you to become an Entrepreneur.

Ironically, i found it hard. Actually, its not that. Realizing self should be the most prior plan to be materialized compared to anything else. The things you are depending upon might be not you should depend upon. There is always a difference between the way you are moving and the way you want to move. And finally i learned the Self Realization from a very beautiful example…
The SUN can be considered as the supreme source of Energy. And the Heat and Light that we are using are just the instances of the SUN. If one or more rays of SUN are not available at a point of time at some particular place where we expected them to be, it doesn’t mean that SUN per se has been finished or its Energy is finished, it is available with the same pace to other places where you can not see yourself. So, its the millions of billions of light rays that are coming from a single source. It hardly matters if a few rays are destroyed or not reaching their destiny, the Source will hardly care for that, but as the day goes, by the evening it starts getting vanished from the sky, it takes all the rays back into self… and then we get to know that we were living in a misconception that we had mis-assumed that light rays as a separate identities. But, in actual they are not. So, we were thinking that rays as self but actually that SUN is self. Realize where actually you are living, are you that light ray or that source. If you are just a tiny ray, you will get vanished in a sigle shot and that SUN will hardly matter that. Realize what you are thinking of that self is.
I can say that i found it hard to realize myself, but i have realized it now. And working out to change it to the actual self. But, in programming we can co-relate this quite easily…
Self Realization in Ruby
Here i am describing the self assuming that Class is the supreme source in Ruby that can be compared as the SUN. Although i still found it interesting to think over or it can be considered as the beauty of Ruby that Object===Class==Class===Object, still i am taking the Class as SUN.
